As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our corporate customer base across Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
Visit industries, factories, and business establishments.
Promote KMDU's Manpower & Staffing Solutions.
Generate leads and conduct client meetings.
Prepare business proposals and follow up with prospects.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Willingness to travel within Gujarat.
